Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated October 26, 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Use for well360, run by Longhill Ventures LLC, 1908 Thomes Ave STE 12092, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. Questions: support@gowell360.com.

The short version

  • You can cancel at any time in your account. It takes two taps.
  • When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and we do not charge you again.
  • We do not refund a period you have already paid for, except where this policy or the law says we must.
  • If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and get a full refund. Section 4 explains how.
  • Some rights cannot be taken away by any policy. Section 7 lists them.

1. How to cancel

  1. Open well360 and go to Account.
  2. Tap Cancel membership.
  3. If you see an offer to stay for $5 a month, tap Cancel anyway. If you do not see the offer, your plan is cancelled at step 2.

You will see the date your access ends. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period: your plan does not renew, and you keep access until then. If you cannot log in, email support@gowell360.com from the email you signed up with and we will cancel it for you. You do not need to call anyone or give a reason.

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before that period starts. If you cancel by mistake, tap Keep my membership in your account before the period ends and your plan carries on.

2. Our general refund rule

Periods that have already started are not refunded. This includes the introductory first period and every renewal. If you forget to cancel and a renewal is charged, it is not refunded, except where section 3 or the law applies. We send a confirmation email when you start so you can see the renewal price and the cancel steps.

3. When we do refund

We will refund you in these cases:

  • A mistake on our side, such as a double charge, a charge after you cancelled in time, or a charge of the wrong amount.
  • A charge you did not agree to, where we cannot show your consent to the renewing plan.
  • We end your membership for a reason other than something you did, or we stop offering well360. We refund the unused part of the period you paid for, because we cannot keep money for a service we did not provide.
  • We fail to provide well360 as described and cannot put it right within a reasonable time. See section 7.
  • Where the law requires it, including sections 4, 5 and 7.

To ask, email support@gowell360.com with the email on your account. We reply as quickly as we can. Refunds go back to the original payment method and may take a few business days to show.

4. EU, EEA and UK: the 14-day right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, the law lets you withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of the contract starting, without giving a reason. The rules are in the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, as amended), national laws that apply it, and in the UK the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

For well360 this works as follows:

  • You can withdraw within 14 days of the day you first paid. You do not have to give a reason.
  • To withdraw, email support@gowell360.com from the email on your account, or use the withdrawal function in your account if one is shown. Say clearly that you want to withdraw. You can use the model form below but you do not have to.
  • We refund everything you paid us up to then, within 14 days of getting your withdrawal, to the payment method you used.
  • Your membership ends when you withdraw.
  • After the 14 days, section 2 applies: cancelling stops future renewals, and the period already paid for is not refunded.

Model withdrawal form (you do not have to use this):

To Longhill Ventures LLC, 1908 Thomes Ave STE 12092, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA, support@gowell360.com. I withdraw from my contract for the supply of well360. Ordered on: ________. My name: ________. My email: ________. Date: ________.

5. Renewals

The 14-day right to withdraw belongs to the contract you make when you sign up. When your plan renews on its own, it is the same contract carrying on, so it does not give you a new 14-day right. You can still stop future renewals by cancelling at any time.

If a law in your country gives you a cooling-off period or a renewal right that applies to well360, we will follow it. For example, UK subscription rules may give a cooling-off period after the first full-price renewal that follows an introductory price, and require reminder notices. When such a rule applies to well360, we will follow it and say so in our reminder emails and in your account.

6. The $5 a month offer

When you start to cancel, we may offer you $5 a month. If you accept:

  • It is a change to your current plan, not a refund. Nothing is charged or refunded today.
  • Your current period carries on at the price already paid.
  • From the next renewal you pay $5 every month, until you cancel. The price stays for as long as your membership continues without a break.
  • It does not give you a new right to withdraw. Your 14-day right runs from your first purchase.
  • You can say no. Then your membership ends at the end of the period you paid for.

7. Rights we cannot take away

Nothing in this policy limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.

Faulty or not-as-described digital content or service. In the EU and EEA, the Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770, as put into national law, says digital content and services must match their description and work as they should. If they do not, you can ask us to fix it. If we cannot do that, or do not do it in a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract and get a refund. For a membership that runs over time, this applies for the whole time you are supplied.

In the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and that services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If they are not, you can ask for a repair or replacement, then a price reduction or a refund.

In the US and other places, local consumer law may give you similar rights.

To use these rights, email support@gowell360.com and tell us what went wrong.

Automatic renewal laws in the US. Laws such as California's Automatic Renewal Law, the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act and similar laws in other states require us to say clearly that your plan renews, to get your clear agreement before charging you, to send you a confirmation you can keep, and to let you cancel online, in the same way you signed up. We do all of this. We also give notice of price changes in advance. If we fail to meet a requirement of one of these laws, we will refund you as that law provides.

8. Chargebacks and disputes

If you see a charge you do not recognise, check for both names, Longhill Ventures and Ultra+. Ultra+ is the name on our payment account. Then email support@gowell360.com. We will fix a real mistake quickly.

If you ask your bank or card company to reverse a charge, we may give them our records, such as your consent, your login and your access history. If a charge is reversed and we believe it was valid, we may pause your account until it is settled. A chargeback does not cancel your membership. Cancel in your account if you want it to stop.

This does not limit any right you have under your card or payment terms or under the law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. A change that matters is sent to you by email before it applies. It does not change what you agreed to when you signed up for your current period.
