What well360 is, and is not

well360 gives general exercise guidance for everyday, non-specific low back pain. It is for information and exercise only.

  • It is not medical advice, medical care or a medical device.
  • It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
  • We are not your doctor or physical therapist. Using well360 does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-patient relationship.
  • The plan is built from fixed rules and your answers. No person reviews your answers, and no AI is used to build or change your plan.
  • We cannot promise any result. Different people respond differently.

Who it is for

Adults (18 or older) with everyday low back pain that has no known serious cause.

It is not made for people with a diagnosed spine condition, a recent injury, recent surgery, pregnancy-related pain, or any of the warning signs below, unless a doctor has said they can exercise. If your doctor has limited your activity for any other reason, such as a heart or lung condition, check with them first too.

If you are unsure whether well360 is right for you, talk to a doctor or physical therapist before you start.

Get urgent care if you have

  • Numbness around your groin or bottom, or new trouble controlling your bladder or bowels.
  • Sudden weakness in a leg, or a leg that gives way.
  • Severe pain after a fall, accident or blow.

Do not wait. Go to an emergency department or call your local emergency number (for example 911 in the US, 112 in the EU, 999 in the UK).

See a doctor before you start if you have

  • Weakness or numbness in a leg, or pain that spreads below the knee.
  • Fever, unexplained weight loss, or a history of cancer.
  • Pain after a fall or accident, or pain that is getting worse week after week.
  • Pain that is severe at night and does not ease with rest or a change of position.

The quiz asks about warning signs like these. If you report one, well360 will ask you to see a doctor first. You can carry on only if you tell us a doctor has cleared you to exercise. The quiz is not a medical check. It cannot find every warning sign, so please also act on how you feel.

During every session

  • Move slowly and within comfort.
  • Some muscle effort and mild soreness can be normal.
  • Stop if pain gets worse or spreads down a leg, and talk to a doctor or physical therapist.
  • Stop if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath or unwell.
  • Do the moves on a safe, clear surface. Use your own judgement about which moves suit you and skip any that do not.

Your medicine and your treatment

Do not stop or change any medicine, treatment or advice from your doctor because of well360. Talk to your doctor first.

Your responsibility

You decide whether to exercise and how. You use well360 at your own risk, within the limits of the law. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law. See our Terms of Use for more.
